Where the mistake or defect is confirmed to have originated from Brookcherit, the customer will not be responsible for reasonable return delivery costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Brookcherit.
Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

Product being returned;
Reason for the return; and

Products returned without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
All returned products will be inspected after they are received.

Customers should package returned products securely to avoid damage while they are being transported.
Where the customer is responsible for return shipping, Brookcherit recommends using a reliable and trackable delivery service.
Brookcherit will not be responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged in transit where the return shipment was arranged by the customer.

Orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched may be eligible for cancellation.
